Our Roles
​We offer a variety of roles to suit different skills, availability and experience:

Hosts
Hosts welcome small groups of up to four older people into their own homes, providing companionship, enjoyable activities and a home-cooked hot lunch. You will work from 9am–5pm on hosting days and ensure your home is accessible, comfortable and safe (including ground floor facilities and minimal steps). What matters most is your ability to be gentle, intuitive, creative, a good listener, and motivated to help others feel valued and connected. All our hosting roles are part-time (1-2 days a week). Area Co-ordinators
Our Area Co-ordinators manage and support the delivery of Filo groups across their locality. This includes liaising with families and professionals, co-ordinating referrals, networking within the local community, supporting Hosts, and ensuring our service continues to meet the highest standards. This role is perfect for someone who has strong communication skills, can build positive relationships and shares our commitment to exceptional care. Administrative and Support Roles
We also have a range of full and part-time business support roles that enable our organisation to run smoothly, from scheduling and recruitment to finance and project support.
