What Our Area Coordinators Say

“As a lone worker, I have never felt so supported and part of a team. Filo is such a rewarding and enthusiastic organisation to work for. To be able to witness for myself the difference a Filo day makes to an individual from when I first meet them at their assessment and then just a few weeks into their time with Filo, the change is remarkable and such an honour to be a part of.”

- Gayle, Cornwall Team Lead
