Jude Pinder
Chief Operating Officer
The primary drive and focus of all my work has and always will be the people and the relationships we have with each other - building trusting, respectful relationships ensures that even in complex, difficult or challenging situations, successful outcomes can be achieved and positive experiences can be had. Throughout my life it is the people I remember and how they made me feel.
I have worked in Health & Social Care for nearly 25 years in a variety of roles including Administration, Community Care Worker, Social Worker, Service Manager, Public Health Specialist and as a Commissioner. I spent my early career working in an Older Person's Mental Health team and completed my Masters Degree research on home based models of daycare for people with Dementia. I have always had a passion for providing quality care and support focused on the individual person - all of this experience has wondrously led me to The Filo Project. To work in an organisation so focused on what it is to be human is a privilege.
I live in South Devon with my husband, two children, mum, dad, dog and cats (it sometimes feels like the Ark in our house!). I'm passionate about rugby and you will often find me at either Sandy Park or at my local rugby club coaching Youth Rugby.
