Louise Sims

I joined The Filo Project in 2025 and was instantly welcomed into the fold. Working here gives you a real sense of purpose and the ability to make a positive difference to people's lives. 

As System Coordinator, my main function is to ensure that the service runs smoothly, with a focus on driving quality and improvement across the organisation. 

I have worked in health and adult social care for 16 years, with a background in communications, crisis management, commissioning, contract management and quality and improvement.

I have a BSc in Psychology and I am a Coaching Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I run my own business alongside my role here, providing workplace mediation and coaching, and I am passionate about workplace wellbeing and working with people to help achieve their goals and outcomes.

I live in a small village in South Devon, with my husband, three children, dog and cats. Weekends generally consist of sports fixtures, the gym, baking, and enjoying all that Devon life has to offer.
