Chris Ives

I joined the Filo Project in August 2026 in an exciting new role as Business & Administration Manager. My role is focused on bringing together and streamlining our administrative functions, helping to ensure they work effectively across the wider organisation.

Before joining The Filo Project, I worked as an Arranging Support Team Broker, where I worked alongside a colleague to broker care packages across Day Care, Supported Living and Extra Care Housing. This experience gave me valuable insight into social care and a fantastic overview of how local authorities work alongside and connect with the wider care market.

I’m really looking forward to bringing my experience and knowledge to The Filo Project and supporting the team as we continue to develop and grow.

Outside of work, life is just as busy! I have a wife and two children who keep me very much on my toes. When I’m not helping out with my wife’s horses, you’ll probably find me on the football pitch, where I help coach my daughter’s football team.
